Mentors and how have they assisted you in your career:
Herb Daitch has been a great mentor to me.  I’ve worked directly for Herb during my entire 17 years at Imperial.  Over the years, Herb has taught me a great deal.  Just as importantly, he has given me the encouragement needed to progress in my role.  He has shown confidence in me even when I didn’t necessarily have confidence in myself.

What are you most proud of in your career achievements?
I feel fortunate to be in a position that allows me to influence decisions that impact the company’s long- and short-term strategy.  I feel proud that I have been able to make the most of this opportunity.

Advice for upcoming younger executives:
Success won’t come knocking on your door.  It takes hard work and you need to understand that you are the only person that will make it happen.

Golf, boating, skiing.
