Mentors and how have they assisted you in your career:
I have had several mentors in my life and career and each has inspired me in different ways.  A mentor by definition is a trusted friend, counselor or teacher that is more experienced.  Some of my mentors have been less experienced but have inspired me to think differently, see things in new ways,  and have a renewed focus of what is important.  One of the joys of my work is mentoring, teaching and seeking out raw talent.  While in operations I was known for my ability to provide talent to the organization and promoted more managers than any other area in the company.   The move to Talent Acquisition was a natural one.

Advice for upcoming younger executives:
I would advise young executives to have the confidence and courage to speak up and voice their ideas, continually seek innovative methods and technologies to advance your department, leverage relationships and maintain a strong network.  Above all, be genuine.
