I direct the human resource function, including employment, compensation, benefits, training and safety for 2,500 team members; supervises a department of 18.  In partnership with store management, promotes and implements employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of team member morale, maintaining position as an employer of choice.  Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting the Human Resources function. Represents the company at meetings of various community organizations and professional groups.
