I lead and direct a multi-functional team in the execution of category\brand strategies at the customer level that deliver Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plan which includes:   Exceeding net sales goal of $260MM while under-spending market development funds by 1%; Responsible for the leadership and development of 29 associates and 3 broker partners; Manage all strategic category selling initiatives across 30+ customers including Delhaize, Giant Eagle and Wegmans. I consider myself a student of the consumer package goods industry.  Being able to learn and be challenged every day is the most rewarding part of my job.  I am fascinated by the behavior of both consumers and shoppers and find it exciting to bring them products that meet their needs.
