My responsibilities as human resource, benefits administrator and office manager include: To ensure all laws governing employee-related benefits and regulations are current and updated as changes occur. Update present and initiate new employee benefit programs, state and federal laws that affect them and keep employees informed of all available benefits and options. Supervise and see that all office departments are efficiently run. Responsible for the preparation of the company’s monthly reports, financials and audits. Initiate new programs and update corporate office computers systems.
