Vice President of Consumer Affairs
In my role, I advocate for customers, act as the liaison between customers and the company and am the voice of the customer inside the company. I am responsible for customer communication, developing consumer programs, and leading health and wellness for the organization. I have also assumed an active and visible role as Consumer Advisor by providing consumer messages through radio, websites and a weekly column in the weekly circular. These messages are primarily centered on health, nutrition, food safety, shopping and saving money.
