My main responsibility is to expand the market share on the East Coast. I accomplish this by demonstrating the many uses of the Fabbri line through client seminars on gelato, frozen desserts, pastry making and beverages. I assist Fabbri and our clients with recipe development and creative point of sale marketing materials. I also gather information on market trends to help with recommendations to Italy on new products and flavors. In addition to this I develop & train new distributors and importers on the Fabbri line in the different market segments of gelato, pastry and coffee bar.
