Mentors and how have they assisted you in your career:
Since joining the J. Polep team, Kenny Morse has been a great source of inspiration, information and experience. He is there to provide guidance and at the same time supporting free thought. His global vision has allowed me to transcend the routine operations and consider the direction that J. Polep is headed as a leader in foodservice for our industry.

What are you most proud of in your career achievements? Do you have a defining moment of your career to date?
Proudly I can state that J. Polep’s Food Services division has experienced two consecutive years of double-digit growth with the current year trending in the very same direction. In a sluggish economy J. Polep has defied the statistics and shown that we are a serious contender. Building relationships with our customer networks and establishing strong partnerships lead to a trusting bond.
