Mentors and how have they assisted you in your career:
Throughout my career, there have been many, at different levels, who have influenced me in various ways with their insight and knowledge. However, the most influential were my mother and father, both who established the solid foundation from which my career is built. They provided me with the principles and tools that have guided me throughout my career and instilled in me a commitment to achieve. No stronger work ethic was displayed to me as that of my mother and father. Their strength and support have been responsible for many of my achievements in life.
There is one other individual in the workplace who advises me, provides guidance when needed and offers support in the many tasks at hand. The motivation and reassurance displayed provides for a partnership that meets challenges, that results in the achievement of goals and the enjoyment of successes. All of this combined, inspires me to be the best that I can be.

What are you most proud of in your career achievements? Do you have a defining moment of your career to date?
This may sound cliché, but I look at every opportunity, every challenge, and every success as a defining moment in my career. I take something from every moment to improve myself to better face challenges and accomplish goals. In any situation, where I have exceeded expectations and achieved total satisfaction, that is a defining moment for me. When I have completed a project that brings success for all parties involved, then with that success comes the pride of a job well done. Throughout my years in the industry, the respect and trust that I have gained, is a source of pride in my career that is invaluable. With that respect and trust, I am confident and determined in whatever I may have to do, whether personal or professional.

Most challenging part of your job:
One of the most challenging parts of my job is to effectively multitask daily, insuring that all responsibilities and priorities have been addressed. Being part of a service-related industry, priorities change every day, which challenges your ability to successfully complete the tasks at hand. Having a strong team surrounding you, the necessary support systems in place and valuable resources to assist you, these challenges can be met with satisfaction.
I find another challenge at times is to effectively communicate those needs to achieve the assistance and support required to accomplish and complete the project at hand. Constant feedback from those surrounding me allows me the give-and-take needed to fulfill those requirements that realizes the success of achievement. Lastly, as the needs of the business continue to change, so too is the need to recreate yourself to adapt top these changes, and that, at times, can be challenging.

Advice for upcoming younger executives:
Bring with you a thirst for knowledge from all that surrounds you, and bring conscientiousness, which instills the determination for a job well done. All that in turn ignites the passion to achieve many successes within the business.
