I’m lucky enough to still have an excellent relationship with my strongest mentor — a senior executive at my first post-grad job.  Our relationship has endured industry changes, personal career changes and she remains a stabilizing force for me as new opportunities and challenges arise that require me to broaden my perspective.

What are you most proud of in your career achievements?
Developing and mentoring young talent.

Do you have a defining moment of your career to date?
Joining Daymon Worldwide as it helped me to reshape my own perspective and approach at a time when the organization was also in the process of redefining itself.

Most challenging part of your job:
Staying ahead of trends to ensure we bring fresh, innovative, actionable ideas to our partners.

Advice for upcoming younger executives:
Discover your point of difference and skills and how those will add value to your job, your team, your company.

Hobbies:
Global travel, time with my children and PTA involvement.
